**Cornish Dog School - Dog Training Terms and Conditions**

**1. Agreement Between Client and Cornish Dog School**

   1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between the client ("Client" or "You") and Cornish Dog School ("We" or "Us") for dog training services.

   1.2. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms, and they become legally binding upon both parties.

**2. Booking and Payment**

   2.1. Bookings for dog training services can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

   2.2. Payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

   2.3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a refund.

**3. Cancellation and Refund Policy**

   3.1. If you need to cancel a booked session, please notify us as soon as possible.

   3.2. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

   3.3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

   3.4. No-shows without prior notification will not be eligible for refunds.

**4. Training Sessions**

   4.1. We will make every effort to conduct training sessions at the agreed-upon time and location.

   4.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring their dog's health and safety during sessions.

   4.3. Aggressive or uncontrollable dogs may be asked to leave the training session, including group sessions.

**5. Liability**

   5.1. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure safety during training, Clients are responsible for their dogs' actions.

   5.2. We are not liable for any injuries, damage, or loss caused by your dog during or after training sessions.

**6. Privacy and Media Consent**

   6.1. We may occasionally film training sessions for educational and promotional purposes.

   6.2. Please notify us if you wish not to have your likeness or your dog's likeness shared on social media or in promotional materials.

**7. Termination of Services**

   7.1. We reserve the right to terminate services if Clients fail to comply with these Terms or if the dog poses a danger to others, or if dogs are not up to date on vaccinations and in full health.

   7.2. In the event of termination, no refunds will be provided, especially if the Client has entered into a training program and the first one-to-one session has been completed.

**8. Health and Disease**

   8.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their dogs are in good health and free from contagious illnesses or diseases.

   8.2. If your dog is unwell or has been exposed to illness, please notify us to reschedule your training session.

**9. No Bitches in Heat**

   9.1. Female dogs in heat (estrus) are not permitted to participate in training sessions for the safety and comfort of all dogs in the group.

**10. Completion of Bookings**

   10.1. All bookings must be completed within 6 months of payment. Any sessions not completed within this timeframe will be forfeited.

**11. Amendments**

   11.1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

**12. Governing Law**

   12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
